In this CE course, Rita Page, an award-winning CIDESCO diplomat, demonstrates a complete professional facial tailored specifically for male clients using a combination of an 8-in-1 facial equipment machine and traditional techniques. Rita begins this esthetic training video with a client consultation (including questions about shaving habits) and a skin analysis using a magnifying lamp, Wood's lamp, and skin scope. She then demonstrates the proper use of a steamer (with and without ozone), galvanic current, high frequency current, rotary brush, and Lucas spray; in conjunction with deep pore cleansing, exfoliation (with gommage), desincrustation, extractions, ampoules, and treatment masks. Throughout the entire Men’s Facial Techniques continuing education course, Rita’s vast aesthetic knowledge and experience shine through as she offers valuable information on each procedure she performs so you can learn men’s facial techniques. She also highlights the personal touch throughout, incorporating an extensive facial massage, aromatherapy, and hot towel wrap to ensure relaxation and enhance a client's experience. She concludes with a post-treatment consultation. Throughout this esthetics course, Rita gives precautions and tips associated with the demonstrated procedures.

Customer Reviews
“I really liked that different modalities were mentioned, one I never heard of before and found quite interesting (skin scope) and one that I’ve read about but never seen used (Lucas Spray) on anyone. I also like seeing how performing extractions by hand is done differently than from what I was taught; although I still prefer using the tool at least I can try it with the method that was demonstrated by Rita. …I enjoyed learning about performing men facials and feel confident enough to do them.” Regina TS.
“Very thorough. Lots of tips and details. I’ve been wanting a video on men’s facials. This one was above and beyond what I was expecting. I love how each piece of equipment was explained in great detail. I live in a dry climate, so I liked that this client had issues that I face all the time. It gave me additional ideas to look into to help these clients. I love all the pointers and tips. We could all use reminders and suggestions.” Bonnie D.
“Rita is extremely thorough in her demonstrations. This course is a much needed course in our industry. Not many educators demonstrate a facial on a man. GREAT!!!” Renee K.
“As a whole, I thought the course was great … This is one course I would definitely recommend to others, especially those who are re-entering the field after a break.” Meg W.
“Great course for the growing business of men’s skin care. This video addresses all the issues that come up on the treatment room.” Rhea K.
“I loved the educator. Learned terms I was not familiar with and tools I've seen demoed before. Rita Page was very easy to understand and thorough. This was my first course with such an instructor and would gladly pick another one from her. The format for these courses are excellent. I can choose which section I'd like to review at a later date easily and the fact I can refer to them later on line at any time whenever I'd like too makes it worth purchasing these great CE courses.” Laura F.
